We normally average 7 to 10 business days for delivery. This delivery time includes time for our warehouses to get the items ready for shipping. This pre-shipping may take 1-2 days and is included in the shipping times. We only offer one shipping plan and it is free to our customers.
Currently we only ship to domestic locations across the United States. We only do this to also offer our customers free returns on all of their products. At no cost to our customers, we offer free returns by sending an email with the package barcode and label that needs to be affixed to the package. You can drop this off at a United States Post Office and receive a confirmation number that can track when the package is returned to us.
We offer a 30-day no hassle return policy and money back guarantee to our customers. All you need to do is chat with us on the home page or contact us by sending us an email at admin@evergreenbeautyandhealth. We will send you out a label with a barcode to your email that you can print out and affix it to the return package. We ask that you package the product well and return it in good condition for a full refund. You can drop this off at any United States Postal Office. The return process is quicker and takes on average 3-5 business days to return to us. You pay nothing. This service is free for being our customer.
In order to do that you will need your tracking number or order number and email address. Please give us 2-3 days to send you a tracking number. The reason being is that if it is still in the packaging stage and has not left the warehouse we won't have a tracking number for you at that time.
